GSC Mobile Solutions Fixes
Guy Metz of GSC Moble Solutions has contributed some fixes that are needed to get the Microsoft WebBrowser ActiveX control to work properly.  This package contains various fixes to the base OLE classes in Visual Smalltalk, such as:
  1. VSE doesn't support any parameters marked as VARIANT BYREF.  (May be fixed in VSE 2000.)
  2. VSE doesn't search the type info for inherited interfaces, so you see only the first level.
